Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Skin Elements* hopes you are completely satisfied and like every Skin Elements product that you have purchased.

If this is not the case, please contact us at info@skinelementslimited.com or at +61 86311 1900 and we will do everything we can to make it right.

If you purchased your product from one of our stockists (online or physical) please contact them directly.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Skin Elements provides a warranty that our products are free of defects and or damage.  If any products have defects or are damaged, you will be fully refunded, or the products will be replaced at Skin Elements cost.

Refunds or Replacement

If a product you receive is damaged, faulty or suffering from a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 60 days at info@skinelementslimited.com or at +61 8 6311 1900 quoting your date of purchase, invoice number, name, address, date you received it, what the problem is and a picture if possible.

We are happy to refund the full amount of the damaged item, or replace it at no cost to you. 

The replacement item will be dispatched to you and you will be notified of the dispatch details.

Received the Wrong Item

If for some reason you receive the wrong product through an order on our website, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item.  Please contact us at info@skinelementslimited.com or at +61 86311 1900 quoting your date of purchase, invoice number, name, address, date you received it and what the problem is. We will reship the correct item at no cost to you. Skin Elements will require you to return your product to: 1242 Hay Street, West Perth, WA, 6005, Australia, at our cost. You will be supplied with a shipping label, and we will pay for the shipping.

Change of Mind

Should you change your mind, and the product is still in new condition, Skin Elements is happy for you to return your product for a refund within 60 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for a change of mind. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons Skin Elements is unable to process exchanges for products that have been opened and used.
